Daniela's successful career includes key leadership roles within the credit union industry that shaped her holistic approach. She honed her skills as a Chief Risk Officer, where she discovered her passion for building robust risk management frameworks from the ground up. She then expanded her expertise by serving as both Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer, a blend of responsibilities that allowed her to master the critical balance between mitigating risk and driving operational efficiency. This unique, dual perspective is now the cornerstone of her consulting practice.
